Ross ebay purchaser Nr Ipswich February 2011 By any standards an unusually sensible and careful service. Get2U could see, at time of collection, that the purchased item (large and very heavy) was badly broken up and they could also see that this was unlikely to be the condition expected by me, the buyer. They telephoned me to enquire as to what I was expecting to find on delivery and talked me through the situation carefully. The seller agreed and Get2U aborted the collection on my instruction. Get2U, which suffered cost and inconvenience, charged half the carriage contract price, which seems reasonable. Good communications throughout. Not simply a good service but an exceptionally good service.
